ProSail 2D Digitiser

ProSail 2D Digitiser is a purpose built machine that simplifies converting your existing patterns, templates and drawings into a digital format.  Once saved you can use a computer to copy, nest and plot your patterns without the need for paper or plastic templates.

Our new machine is based around the Mklll Plotter, so while it comes with it's own guide rail  it can run on the same floor or table top mounted rail as the plotter. Simply lift the plotter off and drop the Digitiser on.  The Digitiser comes with an extended positioning pole to make tracing large panels more convenient. Patterns up to 3 metres wide and over 20 metres long can be digitised.

A laser pointer is used to enable the outline of any pattern or drawing to be quickly copied with a few clicks of a button. The file is then sent directly to our nesting software where it can be saved ready to plot directly onto your fabric or panel.  The ProSail 2D Digitiser comes complete with digitising and nesting software, guide rail, power supply, data cables and laser pointer as standard.

With the addition of PanelMaker the patterns can then be edited or modified such as scaling, mirror imaging, duplication or simply re-plot as is by sending straight to a plotter or cutter.

Digitiser widths start at 1.2 metres but can be custom built as wide as 3 metres. Pricing starts at 1900 Euro.
