ProSail mklll Plotter/Cutter

Mklll 2.5m floor or table mounted plotter

Computerised Plotting and Cutting machines are designed to receive the pattern information from a computer. Then with a very high degree of precision plot (or draw) it out directly on to the material that has been laid out on the table.  The Mklll Plotter can be mounted on either a table or directly on the floor. 

Currently, ProSail have two machine configurations. The ProSail Mklll Plotter and the ProSail Mklll Plotter-Cutter. Each is custom built for the client to suit their application and requirements.

ProSail plotting Machines are sold as a package which includes Nesting software and either: PanelMaker, a powerful pattern design program, or ProSail Head/Main a 3D sail design program.

* Our 1.2m Mklll plotter is delivered with the Nesting software.

The ProSail Plotter and Plotter-Cutter use standard commercially available pens, which help contribute to the very low operating costs of our machines.

• The Mklll Plotter, can draw patterns, nicks, seam allowances, alignment marks, text and numbers, at the respectable speed of up to .8 metre per second.

• The Mklll Plotter-Cutter, can do all of the above in addition to automatically cutting the patterns out of the fabric, including any nicks, holes or slits, with an electronic accuracy of 0.2 of a millimetre and speeds up to 1.2 metres per second.

Custom made machines are ready for delivery within two weeks and air-freighted or couriered worldwide.

Plotters are couriered with DHL for around 200 - 300 Euros.

Plotter-Cutters are generally air-freighted at an average cost of 500 Euros
