20 years ago ProSail was one of the first company's in the world to introduce 3D or three dimensional sail design software. We also developed a powerful but intuitive pattern design program called PanelMaker, which works hand in hand with ProSail but is geared towards the canvas, awning and the sewn products industries. 

All ProSail Software is written and developed in-house and designed to work seamlessly with our ProSail Plotters and fabric cutting machines. However with the addition of an import module, our software can read files drawn in other CAD programs if they have been saved in the HPGL, DXF or NTV formats. Most CAD programs can save in at least one of these formats. This means designs from most other CAD programs can be read, edited and plotted with the ProSail system.
