Although customers are welcome to phone or fax us, we have found over the years that support is best done through e-mail because it is more concise and keeps an historical record of what has happened.
Operator or software questions are common and usually easily answered.
In the case of a hardware or software fault the software can generate a report file which can be e-mailed to us. This provides a wealth of information including all software settings as well as diagnostic and historical performance information on your machine. This file alone will usually be sufficient for us to reproduce the problem and provide a solution. There is also a dedicated test hardware menu for testing individual components on the machine.
Included with each machine are some spare parts. Additionally parts are often available around the world through mail order companies such as RS-Components. Failing that we keep a full stock of all parts.

(i) We will support all customers indefinitely regardless of whether they are current with the latest software or not.
(ii) If the machine is within 2 years old and so still in warranty all parts are covered for free including free courier to anywhere in the world.
(iii) We do and will always keep full stock of every component used for all machines we have ever produced.
